wobbler Posted January 2, 2019 Share Posted January 2, 2019 Ok fine, here's my contribution. I swear I'm not holding anything in my hand. My palm never really got bigger on the pinky side, but these muscles on the back of my hand started popping out. Tons of extensor and dex ball work I guess?
