Flat board for fingers

Lately we’ve taken a 2x4 attached an eyebolt and we do holds from a high cable making sure to keep our hands in the 7 position with our fingers flat and stopping if we lose that position. Has anyone tried this or seen it? Had success with it?

Flat finger Training is something, many armwrestlers do I think.

I'll see if I can post a pic tonight and throw it on here.  Also wasn't being snarky just having fun and teasing a little.

Florian we've been doing our wrist curls not on a flat bench but at a 45 degree angle to the floor or even steeper. Do you think this is ideal for armwrestling?

I have see a similar device but with a cylinder with balls on each end; I think it’s made by arm assassin.

Thank you for posting the Video - Looks like a good idea.  I will make one this weekend and give it a try.

Espy has many arm wrestling tools that he demonstrates in his videos.  Some he made  or had made
