Guest powerlifter82
Hello, I am a new to intense grip training, and as can be guessed from my moniker my favourite pastime is powerlifting. I would like to ask some questions if I may: 1.) What would a good routine be for a new grip trainer? I guess that I should state that I would like improve my steel bending ability (maybe even give the Iron Mind red bar a go!), my pinch grip and I would love to MASH the no.3 from Iron Mind. I train the powerlifts 3xweek 2.) Does Mr.D.Horne still produce his grip course, and does he have any other grp publications? Thanks for any info! David Horne
The grip courses are now out of print - I may at a later date revise them. But, I do publish a magazine called Iron Grip, obviously devoted to grip related items. It's a mixture of historical, how-to articles and profiles. Iron Grip is published quarterly. The cost for the four issues is: £12 U.K. £15 (CASH) EUROPE ฬ (CASH) U.S.A. ฮ (CASH) REST OF THE WORLD Send to: DAVID HORNE, 27, INGESTRE ROAD, STAFFORD, ST17 4DJ ENGLAND Email: david.horne2@ntlworld.com As far as training routines go, it really depends on what your aims are. Hope this helps you, David
3Crusher
David, are back issues available? I want to subscribe, and I would like to start from the first issue. Is this possible? Thanks. Steve Weiner
