Hi guys,

I'm wondering if there is anyone in my area interested in getting together for arm wrestling/grip strength training. I don't have a table, but I'm willing to help build one or invest in one and I am willing to open up my workshop/pole barn for us to train. 

I'm a novice in both arm wrestling and grip strength and I'm not looking to compete nationally (I'm 40 and have no delusions of grandeur). Just looking for others interested in learning together and getting a bit stronger.
