1 arm rowing lbs.

62 x 10 , 70 x 10 ,  80 x  10 ,  90  x. 10 , 95 x 10

IM hub kgs.

15.05 x 3 , 16.29 x 3 , 17.55 x  2 , 18.84 x 1 , 20.08 x 1 ,  21.32 x LH 3 RH 3

Just retired yesterday 1st workout 

standing press 30 lbs dumbbells x 10 x3

side raises 25 x 10 x 3

bent over raises 30 x 10 x 3

Today’s was a grip workout outside in my garage at 8:00 am it was was 45 * when I finished around 10:00 it was around 60* yesterday was my first workout since retiring went with my wife to the YMCA that was a full body workout so good working out indoors

core and mobility workout first thing this morning 

BW workout 

standing calf raises +15 lbs 30 x 3

single leg calf raises + 10 lbs 20 x 2

wrist wrench 45 lbs x 4 ,  50 x 2, 55 x 2, 57.5 x 2 , 58.75 x 2 , 60 x 2 assisted LH

R /T 35 kg 6 x 4 LH & RH

Thanks now that I’m retired I workout 4 times a week at the YMCA doing a push -pull then I workout twice a week at home with a grip workout
