Just entered my first contest in several years ThThe King Kong event.

Overall #188 

Over 50 yrs. #20 going to be 62 next month 

93 kg   # 24 lbs

Flask 27.5 kg

Crusher 50 kg pr

Hubdub  16.5 kg pr

LGH 49.25 kg. pr

Had a great time saw some old friends Hubgeezer, Jackie, Odd. Did just about everything I wanted to do in my first contest after being away so long

Thanks Raymond last year was a bit of a struggle but with prayers from a lot of people I  got through it.

With isolation going on right I've been doing a full body routine now getting in fairly decent shape down to  about 197 lb. With a  34" waist should start doing some ab work now 

Today's workout 

Bench press

135 x 15 , 145 x 10 , 155 x 6 , 160 x 6 ,  162.5 x 6

Tricep touchdowns

90 x 20 , 100 x 20 , 110 x 20 , 115 x 15
