climber511 Posted November 2, 2018 Share Posted November 2, 2018 I came up with the Tips Tester as a way to more safely test (and therefore develop) fingertip strength than rim lifts (which I think are pretty high risk). Most grip tests are isometric in nature - not the ideal way to increase size - hypertrophy. The age old standby of wrist curls - reverse wrist curls - and some levering (including rotational) may be what you are looking for.
