3rd Oregon's Strongest Hand's will be held Saturday May 25th 2019 in Gresham, Or.

Sanctioned and eligible for record books

1. Ironmind Hub- Lift to lockout

2. Otevoima Finnish Ball lift( one hand) 13" lift

3. BSS Flask (2 HP) 7.5" lift

4.Arm Assassin Strength Shop- 2 3/8" Napalm Nightmare - 6" lift

5. Sledgehammer choke lift(front) 12lb stamped sledge with U.S. quarter placed on head lifted onto 18" platform

6.Silver Bullet hold( one attempt)  COC #1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, #4 grippers made available for attempt

4 attempts in rising bar format(SB hold only 1 attempt). Reverse strongman scoring. Women BWT open- Men 93kg, 105kg, 105kg plus

Various awards, prizes and extensive food and refreshments.

We would love to have you!! I would certainly get you to autograph my 20lb stamped sledge. However, make sure you attend sometime in the next 5 years as Iam almost 52 and when the grip strength slippage begins the STUB and STUBLIFT timed holds will become annual events:)

Its contest week- OSH'19 is this Saturday. Looking forward to seeing some strong men and women. Below 2019 GreshamGripper award, which will be voted on by peers to athlete who best demonstrates qualities of sportsmanship and tenacity-qualities I value!
