Ironmind Hub- Lift to lockout 2. Otevoima Finnish Ball lift( one hand) 13" lift 3. BSS Flask (2 HP) 7.5" lift 4.Arm Assassin Strength Shop- 2 3/8" Napalm Nightmare - 6" lift 5. Sledgehammer choke lift(front) 12lb stamped sledge with U.S. quarter placed on head lifted onto 18" platform 6.Silver Bullet hold( one attempt) COC #1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, #4 grippers made available for attempt 4 attempts in rising bar format(SB hold only 1 attempt). Reverse strongman scoring. We would love to have you!! I would certainly get you to autograph my 20lb stamped sledge.
