If its a gripper you can already close then I wouldn't find this to be helpful personally. Choking a goal gripper to the last half inch and closing it can be helpful then you open the choker until you can close it all the way...Hurts like hell though!

I used to do mms sets but progress was slow.  I now do high volume negatives and progress is much faster.
