Stephen Ruby Posted September 30, 2018 Share Posted September 30, 2018 Got a ghp 8 gripper finally from cannon power so decided to see how far off I was tonight. I ended up getting it closed to my surprise. My technique was not the best(also messed up the video leaving frame on the second rep) but felt good to get a gripper Pr since starting my training again. My question is other then getting more reps on this gripper what is a good gripper to get next to bridge the gap to a coc 4 or ghp 9? I plan to get a coc 3.5 next as well but I figured those would be around the same as a ghp 8. I only have a ghp 6, 7, and 8 so my gripper tools are limited in general.
