I wanted to give everyone an update. I will not be posting on this training blog. At the moment I'm feeling overwhelmed and want to just focus on training. I will still be on gripboard posting feats and such but just feeling spent with keeping up with the log. I'm going to keep a paper log and will update everyone on MM1 and also my coc 3 cert.

Good luck Neal, I was enjoying reading your log but I understand. I'm always around if you want to do a training session.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I'll still be posting some videos on my page but right now I'm just focused on lifting and the blog is just cluttering my mind a bit.
