I realized it's a bit much to keep track of my whole workout on here. I'll only be tracking grip related training from now on.

1) 4.5 inch dia metal pipe one hand holds 5 sets x 30 sec

2) steel plate 5x 30 sec

3) pony clamp for thumb x5

4) expand your hand bands 100

Damn, that’s a big pipe. What does that weigh?

Honestly I'm not sure, I'll bring my scale in one day to check. If I had to guess maybe 10/15p

Just ordered a GHP6 and GHP7 from cannon and also getting rated. Cannon has been so great to me, I'm always asking a bunch of questions. I'm hoping the ghp6 will be around 132 and hoping the Ghp7 will be around 140. I'll update when they come in. Does anyone else lay out their grippers the night before training? Maybe I have a problem lol.

I like the way you lay the grippers out in prep!  I used to stack mine in order that I was going to attempt them on the counter.  My wife is a saint. :D  Good luck on the GHP7 being anywhere near 140.  The few I closed were high 140s to mid-150s.
