Great photo! Your planting the seed in him! He is going to be a beast. It’s fun to get the kids involved.

I'm beyond thrilled that I get to raise a future beast.

Saturday 03 Nov 2018

1) 8lb sledge 20 min

2) dexterity balls

3) coc tns 1.5 for 50 total reps ea hand

My wife just ordered me a 20lb sledge for early xmas. The sledge hammer has always been my favorite grip tool. When I was younger my father would do stuff with a 12 pound sledge that would make most guys stunned. He had forearms like popeye.

Those popeye forearms must run in the family man - I remember you had beast forearms and wrists back at the bending comp in April - the 20lbs sledehammer is RIDICULOUS, hope you have a blast working out with it and I look forward to hear when you lever it - I got myself one too with a fiberglass handle a couple months ago and its definitely a goal to lever it one day - glad to read and see you're training hard, good luck getting the COC cert!

20 rep squats! Those are crazy tough.

I love 20 rep squats, it really helps my body grow. The best I've achieved so far was 280x21. I'm shooting for 315 this time.

I typically do this workout on off days from training, which seems to be helping a great deal with recovery and progress.

Thursday 08 November 2018

1) squats 230x20, 135x50

I've always felt that high volume squats help my gripper strength. I'm not sure if this will work for everyone but I know it helps me.

4) coc 2.5 RGC 128 strap hold 2.5 weight for 2 sets of 15 sec. I can only assume my gripper progress in moving up since 3 weeks ago I could barely touch the handles together.
