Guest Posted September 21, 2018 Share Posted September 21, 2018 (edited) this was a unique challenge that I hadn’t thought of before. Was asked if I thought I can do swings with one of my anvils. This is my smaller 125 pounder. Once I get the feel for this I will be attempting a swing/clean to the shoulder with a press. The thick slope of this handle combined with the smooth texture made very hard work to hang on once any velocity was applied. Fun feat. If you have access to an anvil give it a try!
