Drygord Posted September 7, 2018 Share Posted September 7, 2018 Anyone tried both thicknesses have an opinion on which is more effective? Ive heard people getting superior wrist rolling results with a smaller bar, but also with a thicker bar. I have decent sized hands so don't want something too small but at the same time 2" feels like it might impede the rotation action a little. My goal is hypertrophy. Thoughts?
