Baby Inch Lift

My best lift ever with the Baby Inch. Now time to get some reps!

As of now grip training is just fat bar with the INCH dumbbells being the focus. It's just been a Baby attempt for a rep or so and then a few rows with a 2.5" loadable dbell up to this point. I might actually get a plan devised to move things closer to an eventual lift the the INCH Replica. Slow and steady

Thanks!! Yeah I like the rows. I focus on controlled reps .

How far away are you with your right hand?

Thanks! Only managing hops with the right hand. My left hand has always been my strong hand even though I'm right handed.

 For the record, I thought a Baby Inch was only 100lbs, so at 135lbs this is great stuff!
