Elbows are hurting

If this question was asked im sorry i didnt see it,i was wondering if your elbows hurt from training armwrestling should i take some days off or train light?

light banded tricep work is quite amazing!  I agree to that.  I think I saw it at jeddjohnson ebook.  He also does have a lot of other great exercises in the ebook that helped me quite a bit.
