Kluv#0 Posted February 25, 2020 Author Share Posted February 25, 2020 (edited) Yesterday workout - highlight was 76 lb Hammer lift on LBH - first time trying on LBH and Ironmind Twist -yo' -Wrist 37lb - actually kinda brutal but like it(did both directions x 3) If any chalk expert wants to chalk my LBH and flask for compensation - PM me and I will send them to you. Nice lift but that glass should not be filled with water, because that's cheap.
