Please keep your log updated with your progress on it. How you feel and if it helps with weight loss. BTW it's hard to believe you have 15 lbs of adipose tissue to lose. I was really wanting one for a long time and finally bought. My current BWT in A.M. w/o coffee and shoes, etc. is 220lb so I am thinking 210 lb. should be relatively easy. As you know, the 2 best ways to increase at pullups is doing pullups and loss of body fat- I have a number I would like to arrive at eventually but need to lower my weight. As far as having excess fat to lose, I have plenty-just take a look at my massive calves, Ha Ha.
