I was ready to pull the trigger on one, but wussed out. Please keep your log updated with your progress on it. How you feel and if it helps with weight loss.

BTW it's hard to believe you have 15 lbs of adipose tissue to lose.

I was really wanting one for a long time and finally bought. My current BWT in A.M. w/o coffee and shoes, etc. is 220lb so I am thinking 210 lb. should be relatively easy. As you know, the 2 best ways to increase at pullups is doing pullups and loss of body fat- I have a number I would like to arrive at eventually  but need to lower my weight. As far as having excess fat to lose, I have plenty-just take a look at my massive calves, Ha Ha.

9/6/20 PR for me on IM LBH 200 lbs.  I would have never thought I could attain this level after my bicep injury in 2016. Currently dealing with hurt right thumb but  nasty skin tear is improving. Hair is looking shaggy:)

Received Ihuniu 80KG Power Twister this afternoon gave it a go(vid below under and overhand x 5) It was my day off but I love getting new toys. It was pretty darn hard but for first time trying and no steel bending experience I was pleased with results- definitely Power Twister is a keeper.

4/28/21 Thomas Inch Replica DB level attempt. I started last week(4/19/21) in quest to lift this epic DB. I brought it outside so my family wont get annoyed with the loud thud noise-I'm very considerate guy:)Every attempt since has been elevated pretty good and getting better slowly. I had a slightly better attempt using neutral grip but did not vid. Maybe in 2-4 weeks if stay healthy. Slaters Hardware Inch Replica (173.5 lb) I have stopped all grippers, KP, wrist, etc and only Tips, rows, specific fingerwork and inch attempts.

Best effort on Inch replica DB level attempt - YouTube
