Oh yes! The strain it puts on the forearms and wrists cannot he duplicated with any other action. Not even close. To me, it seems more “real world” of pulling against another LIVE resisting force, if that makes sense.

Big Joe, I don’t want to sound arrogant but the WW is only my 5th best event out of 6 in OSH 2020😊 Iam glad I don’t listen to the people who say KP training is useless 🤣🤣

2/18/20 A.M. workout Military press, Grippers, 2HP flask, sledge work(vids below). 1st vid(funny *volume*at start) is 12lb stamped sledge(13.3) coin timed hold 13 seconds PR and 2nd vid is 8lb stamped (9.4) front coin DL.

Yesterday workout - highlight was 76 lb Hammer lift on LBH - first time trying on LBH and Ironmind Twist -yo' -Wrist 37lb - actually kinda brutal but like it(did both directions x 3) If any chalk expert wants to chalk my LBH and flask for compensation  - PM me and I will send them to you. I cannot chalk worth sh#$ as both are slippery as F@E$

2/28/20 A.M. workout. Bench, Tate press, IM hub 70 lbs. - 50reps in 20min- felt scary strong, IM hub 2HKP( vid below) 130lbs very  close and excellent wrist workout -  with rear coin sledge timed hold 8lb - BWT 217lbs

3/1/20 Military press 132 lbs. x13( vid below) Grippers & 2HP BSS Flask (vid below - slippery- still less than 3 month old) plus finger combos. Goal is 20 reps on military press by EOS '20

3/3/20 - Original Saxon Bar 3"x4" curl 120lbs- PR by 2.5(vid below) freakin battle but got it. 3" axle curls, 1 arm IM axle curls and Hammer DB curls.

4/2/20 IM Axle left hand "weaker" 91lbs x 27(vid below). Have been working grip together with family and all continuing to get stronger. Lots of projects completed. Bought some cool grip items recently. Stay safe everybody.

Yesterday tried rope climb for first time in 45 years! (vid below) Much harder than I recall. My son wanted a rope to climb so a gave it try when it arrived yesterday. I need to rest my hands but will try to get better.

4/9/20 Very challenging video below- 12lb sledge(13.3) rear hold w/ shot glass water held for 19.5 seconds. Excellent for ulnar and mind. What makes this hard is keeping sledge level for entire lift and setting it down softly enough where glass doesn't fall off and spill everywhere.

Nice lift but that glass should not be filled with water, because that's cheap. Better to fill it up with some expensive Cognac or something, gives you a bit more incentive to complete the lift :D

4/13/20 BSS Flask 200.9 lbs. held 4.7 seconds(vid below) Iam grateful to the individuals that have helped my pinch become above respectable. I kinda browned out just like when I do "heavy" grippers attempts, LOL

4/14/20 A.M. grip workout IM Axle 1 arm rows 143 lbs. x 8 reps(vid below) FBBC grab ball PR for 5 reps(right) and FG hanging 3 sets.

4/16/20 A.M. Grip- great workout- 2HKP holds, 20 MM CoC #2 x 26 reps(PR), AMRAP WW 87 lbs in 10 min. finished vid below 1 arm IM axle curl 70.6lbs L & R W/ No collars

4/17/20 Various pinch work "highlight" 3 x 25 kg(vid below), club& sledge, L-sit x 7 RR, Close grip, Cieri x 3, DB floor press, heavy kicks and Tate press. Body and hands very tired as 13/15 days worked-rest weekend

Thanks for checking video out!  The above set my ring finger was slightly off alignment and I was compensating every other rep, LOL(Which is great for wrists) A Grip beast named Eric Roussin can do 175 lbs x 6 reps which is very siick and humbling:)

4/20/20 Military press, rear delts, 2HKP work 117.4 lbs. held 5.2 seconds after my heavy work - ZERO doubt I reclaim overall WR May 16th. Pony& Parris to finish

Finished pretty good workout with FBBC grab ball 148 x 5(vid below) and Hip belt work. I really like the grab ball as I feel it really works my hands and not just a 1 time contest device
