Good stuff, but one question.

Do you do the thumb blaster 2 handed always? If so, any reason you didn’t buy the double version?

Good question. TBH,  bought the single prior to his website being up and running. I may have purchased the double if I had seen it but worked out well. I started out using it single hand but never quite felt right so I decided to try it 2 hands.

Its always refreshing to see lifts that arent hand size dependent. Excellent work my friend.

IMO Mike is one of the strongest grips around for his hand size. No disputing that. His lifts speak for themselves.

Thanks big guy! These are two of my contest lifts. OSH'19 provides one of the best tests of overall hand strength in Gripsport. Strongest hands!! NOT the biggest or smallest.

Thanks Joe, I would definitely agree with that. BTW, right back at ya! I always say if a person beats me overall at my contest he will be World Class, no exceptions.

No doubt man! I always think of you when it comes to super strong hands at average size. Your lifts are on par with the above 8 inch crowd.

4/8/19 Chest, triceps, gripper workout plus back to back SB PR w/ COC 3.5 #180.  Below video's Sat. 18lb.rear pickaxe and this A.M.  power drop set close grip 315, 295x2, 275x3, 225x5

Saturday was attempting to clean my grip area but instead grabbed the pickaxe after a year and did 18lb rear lift very easy- 18lb is definitely basecamp for me

4/23/19 A.M. workout was sluggish so did not bench or grippers. Instead, did a Keypinch medley:)video below P.M. Workout- Hub, FB and rows. Video with my much weaker left hand below with LEGIT range of motion- no straps, hook grip, gloves- just 52 year old firepower at BWT 223

I have only done 2 HKP shallow hub(griptopz) 4x since my 2nd WR last May. Plate pinch was crazy hard-excuses,excuses:) due to fatigue and Flask & 35lb F.W. attempt late yesterday afternoon. Weights in order FB 74, 2hKP shallow hub(non-chalked) 106.5 lb, Mini inch-pinch 48.2, WOG training penny 44.5lb, Payne device 42.3lb and plate pinch 111.6lb-Fail

You are correct Joe. I saw you doing your thing with the 2 3/8" 1 arm row with clean form and range of motion so wanted to see if I had anything in the endurance tank:) I have retired from heavy DB rows as I mentioned due to taxing nature on my CNS. Mike Rinderle Iam sure will still keep me on the board of directors at Rows, Inc. Heck, you are the newest board member-congrats!!
