3/21/19 Grip workout- 2HP flask, FB, work w/ Original Wrist Wrench 95.5 lb x 3 and showing some thunder on the mini inch pinch left hand,LOL

3/22/19 wrist and thumb workout. I came up with this Fingerwalk with chain idea last Sat.(almost got it) F.W. get progressively harder in general and with chain it makes it very challenging. Spring break:) rest those paws . I will do some feet first swimming next week-harder than it looks

I think 5 or 6 years ago.  Edited above.  It was 515.  I could pull 6, but no way I could have held it and talked like that.  :laugh

Took 4 days off and came back with great grip workout - First time over 200lbs on BSS flask and freakin killed the grippers today.

Thank you Pinchmonster Mike. You have always been supportive and inspiring. Grip takes a different mentality but we enjoy it. I actually just missed the lift 5 minutes prior but started talking to myself,LOL

Good stuff, but one question. 

Do you do the thumb blaster 2 handed always? If so, any reason you didn’t buy the double version?
