Emre Posted August 25, 2018 Share Posted August 25, 2018 This is really amazing. I performed this with a bamboo bar and bands/kettlebells. It was not as much as weight but the bouncing really activated my core. I usually perform it with regular barbell, hexbarbell or thick barbell which all seem somewhat similar. When I performed it with the bamboo bar, it flared up pretty good. It pretty interesting. You might want to give it a try.
