276 lb. Suitcase DL- no hook grip

This was my 2nd attempt this A.M.  because of the hold I count:) weighing of weights on my YT. My BWT- 225, Bar is Rogue 2.0 (2 weeks old) and has no center knurling

Yes it is!! Very easy to tweak the back on these style of lifts. Need very strong quadratus lumborum! All those side planks have definitely helped you for this moment!

This is really amazing.  I performed this with a bamboo bar and bands/kettlebells.   It was not as much as weight but the bouncing really activated my core.  I usually perform it with regular barbell, hexbarbell or thick barbell which all seem somewhat similar.   When I performed it with the bamboo bar, it flared up pretty good.  It pretty interesting.  You might want to give it a try.    Great video!
