Hub Full Raise

Never liked Lateral/Side Raises stopping at the shoulder: seems too much like a Half Squat. I do Full Raises instead and sometimes, by the Hub.....

Love doing those. I usually do them to the front with 45 though.

You actually should do full raises from a physical therapy standpoint, your observation is correct, you work the deltoid until 90 degrees and then upper trap kicks in to complete it giving you complete range for function. Very smart James!!
