Grippers, try 80lbs + 35% bw.

150 = 132.5

200 = 150

250 = 167.5

300 = 185

Glad I found this. I was just about to ask if this kind of list existed as something to work towards for a well-developed all-around grip but decided to search first. I've got some work to do!
