Shooter77B50
Its been awhile since I trained grip. I recently almost closed my captain's of crush 2.5. I have been doing fingertip pushups every day. My hands and forearms recover extremely fast maybe because of genetics. I do fingertip pushups differently than most people do. I plan on getting back into grippers soon. I'm working on my weaknesses first. I took a long break from grippers but I should see a huge improvement when I go back to them. I will add grippers into my program. Right now I'm focusing on open hand and finger strength and I will include grippers into it. I want to be able to at least be able to pull my bodyweight up with one finger. I'm also focused on burning bodyfat and getting shredded. I recently dropped two pants sizes.

I will add grippers into my program one day a week. I'm going to make some tweaks and adjustments to my gripper technique. When I do fingertip pushups I do them with my fingers slightly bent because it protects the joints and it's more challenging. I will keep everyone updated on my progress
