That would be great👍 but dont think I'm strong enough yet. When I can close my Ghp8 rgc162 I think I will be ready for the MM1.

Your 3-year-old doing squats is priceless.  And I would venture to guess that when you can do your GHP 8 it will be time for the MM2, not the MM1.  From what I hear, the MM1 is like an easy 153, not a hard (as GHP tends to be) 162 -- that is closer to the MM2.  Of course they are not rated, so no one can say with precision, but that is the general sense I am getting.  I recently closed a 153 for the first time and am thinking MM1 is very, very close.  I think you are ahead of me, so I would bet a few dollars (or kroner lol) that you can do it already.

Thank you for your encouragement👍 I think we are about equal then.

I have an injury in my left biceps that I rip up again from time to time. I do not always manage to set the gripper in the worst periode. This holds me back a bit.

When I can close my single stamp coc#3 rgc155 I will try then👍 just gotta get a little better in the arm first.

When have you planed to try?? You have to write me how it was and felt, if you try before me👍

I will sign up when I can close my Tetting RGC 154 on demand.   Hopefully December or January.  So far my best ever was a COC 3 RGC 153, but that was once (and, for example, the following workout I could not repeat).  So I will wait until I can get the 153 and 154 any day before sending for the MM1.  I'm suspecting that the MM1 might be a little easier than those two, but I don't want a failed attempt, so I will be patient.

That must be a good plan👍

Sounded familiar, I have days where I can do 3rep on my coc#3 rgc150, and some days where I can't close a rgc145 gripper once!😂 it can be very frustrating. I have a very physic work, so some days I come home without anything left in my hands.

That's a really cool idea benching with that bar. Have you noticed good strength gains?

I struggle with my shoulders, so can not train enough bench to notice strength gains, but if you train with normal bar right afterwards, it feels like it's very short way down to the chest, and you feel strong.

I get an extra stretch in my chest that I like. Good pump. I like to shock the muscles. Have good beliefe in vary of bar's and exercises.
