21kg lift and 22kg attempt.

24sec hold 15kg both hand.

10kg air transfer.

Good job. I’ve managed 20 kilo the first time I tried. I like it. NICE WORK!!

Thank you, Joseph!!! I liked this exercise - I feel the work of muscles and tendons, during of its. Preparing for the KK will give me a lot of fun and motivation with this device!

Yes a few have said they don’t like it... but I really feel it in my fingers and forearms. Like it is giving me a good stimulus for increasing my grip. I guess everyone is different though. I like this better than any hub or stub any day!!

I sliced my index a few occasions but I actually liked the stublift:)
