Warmed up with the 12x10 the 16x5 and then said “lemme crack this 20 real quick” have not tried it in a while. That’s what I’m gonna do every time now. Those warm ups and then the big set. I've literally done 10-12 sledge levers total since I won the war hammer at Nationals. At my age, you never know when something is going to break on a lever, so you might as well not waste it. At least nobody has a video on the innerwebs doing it. I believe you have entered uncharted territory. Definitely one of the best sledgehammer leverers of all time. A single with that much weight kills the webbing of your hand. To knock out 3 reps like that is just sick strength and pain tolerance.
