On a side note though, assuming this is an average #4, even this enormous feat is Still a long way to go from certifying with CCS. It feels impossible for a regular human to do it. Igor, what are your feelings? Do you feel that you or Valery have the potential to cert the #4? Thank you Andreas! I feel what narrow and width set - different things. Maybe. 18 hours ago, Florian Kellersmann said: Help! 18 hours ago, Fist of Fury said: Are you speaking in behalf of the #4? Him I'm good. 18 hours ago, anwnate said: Crazy impressive. Alawadhi
@Kashtan Do you even train grippers? Or power came from the thick bar training?

Thick handles and grippers - not just different things, they conflict. Progress is very slow when you are engaged in them. Either that or another. But I chose both, and progress took me years. 5

Narrow set and width - set - difference huge. 3 hours ago, Roger Roberson said: Train both same day ? or every other day train only one? Sure train both in some day - this suicide for grip. Only one day - one type of grip only - no doubt.

RagingTrain
I'm amazed there's people out there (very few though) that have hands that strong. Great work Kashtan! I would consider a 200lb rgc a lifetime goal for me - any set.

It will not be difficult, but you will have to go to it a lot of time, maybe a couple of years, you need patience, and treat it like hard work. If you have already decided on your main goal - it's right. You have to understand what your strengths are, and what are the weaknesses. And do everything to strengthen the weaknesses. And remove everything that will distract, interfere and conflict.
