Easing back in after Rhabdo. 1HP PR

Figured I couldnt lift enough to hurt myself with the 4" Pinch Block.  Was pretty happy with the PR after 2 weeks doing nothing after getting Rhabdomyolysis.

1HP 83.6 lb on 4" pinch block

Never tried pinching a block that wide. Do you think that would be a good tool for building up the strength for a blob lift?

I definitely think it will help with blobs, but I think 5" - 5 1/2" would be optimal.  4" is wide, but still pretty thin compared to a fatman or even a 50 lb blob.  This is pretty close to five 10s though.
