5/16" 60D And 70D Source

The 70d is the 5/16×7, and a lot of places refer to them as spikes instead of nails, so that might help your search a bit.

Gripfast sells a 70D nail. They are available across the Midwest at Menards. I am not sure about  any place local in NY. @richcottrell had found a unique nail vendor in New England.

I'm not going order from a vendor that far away. I was curious if there was anything local. Anyways I have a shipment of 40 bars coming in from FBBC tomorrow. But thanks for the info anyways.

@JHenze646 is referring to the "cut Nails" i discovered.  The place that makes them is  called Tremont Nail.  I found them via an simple internet search, and they do make some cool "cut nails" which are made with vintage and refurbished machines; some of which are hundreds of years old.

That said,  these "cut" nails are very different then the 60D and 70D nails that are commonly bent.  Somewhere in the archives you can probably find my original post on these nails and this vender.
I only ordered from them once, but I will order again from them someday for sure as I do like their nails and they shipped super fast.  I also love the fact that besides looking cool, each one is a small piece of history.

(BTW, for our overseas members, I just learned today, that this American company Tremont Nail had purchased a Scottish nailmaking  company called "Glasgow Steel Nail Company"  in 2013.)

here is a mini history lesson on nail making from that company's web site:
