Double 12 crucifix with kisses x 8.... sorry about the curse at the end... thought it wasn’t recorded! Double 16s almost x3 with kisses, and by the recommendation of my pal @Lucasraymond to try the 8 pounder pronation on a bench.... and a 6 pounder for reps ....way HARDER!!! Thanks Luke!!! I’m all about the increased difficulty! Enjoy! Please post some of your sledge successes!! Motivation for one and all!!
