Nothing in those videos was a hammer curl... don’t know why it was labeled as such. Would like to see him do something strict, on a preacher bench or some plate curls.... then maybe we could make an assumption on his potential at arm wrestling. The exercises shown are not arm wrestling specific at all. Until then the question cannot be answered.

Awful form, lifting for the sake of ego.   Arm wrestling makes you better for arm-wrestling,  gym does not matter.
