I didn't see that coming at all! I was super happy with my 200# 2HP as well - both PR's You know I was disappointed with the 2" Crusher! I opened with 210# and missed 217# three times. Two weeks ago I hit 217 4x1, and 220x1 in one session. I just missed my peak. After my LBH lift all the guys came up and fist bumped. Man that felt great. These were wonderful folks. Hey, when you are disappointed in 210lb on the 2" crusher in a contest setting then you are lifting and living right!!! Congrats on the 200lb pinch big milestone!!

I agree with Michael: huge lifts. Great job. We need to compete in the same place at the same time!! You are a beast!!

bwwm
I was WAY off my lifts that day, some kind of weird virus or something. No cough, or fever, just sweats and fatigue. To give a sense of how off, I was training multiple days a week with holds of 194# of the 2" crusher for 5 holds of about 5 seconds each. But I can't complain, I was still able to compete and have a good time. Steve Millard was VERY impressive!!! The LBH horn lift he did was great to watch!!! Aaron was his usual juggernaut self.

Still not "too far" away though, especially for the chance to meet the local grip guys. Sorry for the late reply, didn't think to check back for some reason haha
acorn
One of the guys who competed in this lives in Scottsdale, and another in Gilbert. Not sure where Durry lives up there but his Gym is in Ahwatukee I believe. I'm sure those guys would love to meet up if you are up for that. - Aaron

Thanks for sharing a little of your grip knowledge with me. I'm looking forward to seeing a video of you picking up the Inch again! Hey Steve - your lifts were very impressive! Yeah, the Inch usually isn't too far away when I haven't been training it. Will see if I can get it going again this summer.
