Recommended Posts

1. Must lift to full deadlift position.
2. Only chalk allowed.
3. Must be metal plates. Must lift smooth-sides-out. No rubber plates.
4. Standard Olympic plates only - no rounded edge plates can be used.
5. The lift must be performed directly from the floor.
6. Lift must be followed to the floor.

Wow.  No need to think hard about that one.  Is that harder than two 45 pound plates?  I would assume so but pretty sure either grouping would stay firmly planted on the floor for me so I'm just guessing.

For me it is a bit harder even though I am better at wide pinch. The competition plates are just really slick and with 4 plates, they want to slide around more when you lift them.
