I'll keep this short and sweet. When I started closing grippers, I could close the #1 for 3 reps righty, 1 rep lefty. Tonight, roughly two years later I absolutely MASHED my #2 left turn. If you haven't tried Jedd Johnson's CBT program, I highly recommend giving it a shot. Peace Out!!!

My ultimate goal is to Ironmind cert on the #3 with one hand, and to close it any which way I can with the other. I have small hands, so the cert is going to be VERY tough, but as long as I remain upright I will be working on it. Thanks for the ataboy!

A few days ago, I was able to close a 101 lb rated gripper with my right. Now if I can just close them both in the same workout, that is my next goal.
