No spotter so didn't push for 4th rep on top set, but 3rd one moved a bit faster than last time. Did grippers after I got home. Did KB warmup work then warmed up on grippers but realized I wasn't putting out max power by the time I got up into the top sets and shut it down. Still not recovered from last session I think. Down from 297# at the beginning of 2020 before my bicep tendon tear/detachment. Does crazy stuff you did in your 20's even count when you are pushing 50? I doubt I can do 205 right now. Still very impressive. Well I hit 40 last summer so I can't really remember what I was doing at 20 lol... I was doing combat sports so I wasn't pushing the weights much.
