Only had time for gym session today and that was cut short due to needing to go pickup kiddos. Last couple sets of bench and head bangers basically back to back rest wise. May do Grippers later today or tomorrow.

Gym tonight. Have had a low level of sciatica for about a week so skipped squats tonight. Overhead press didn't seem to bother it thankfully. Did make up Grippers session after Gym.
