Standard Olympic plates only - no rounded edge plates can be used.5. The lift must be performed directly from the floor.6. I have no doubt that this is a legitimate lift but in the past this has been an issue. Would like to fail it because of the same reasons. I too have no doubt this is legit. He is very strong. But just to makes things clear.
