Is the Silver bullet with a #3?

Multiple grippers will be available. Any hold withe a stronger gripper counts for more points than holds done on easier grippers. The hardest gripper used last year was a #3. We haven't yet discussed if we'll do the same this year or offer harder grippers as well.

Having to change the Edmonton venue to the 9th as it’s conflicting with a local strongman comp. where a lot of my competitors are.

Since you’re the only one probably going for an official IronMind 4 time I’ll let you coordinate the details with Randy. Everything else shouldn’t be a problem.

I’m hoping a few Americans will come up for this event. Last year’s contest was very competitive. Top three finishers in every class will win a miniature anvil!

Tentatively planning on this.  I'm from 'Murica.

Hey Eric, Is the 2 inch crusher actually 2 inches? I just purchased a 2 inch Titan fitness handle to simulate it. Or is the FBBC one 2.25?

Awards are ready.

Got nothing planned next weekend? How about taking a trip to Ottawa, Waterloo, or Edmonton to try to win one of these?

Is everyone psyched for the Cross Canada grip competition? I am! I am sick today but I am coming whether I feel good or not! So who all is attending? Hope to see everyone and more that I met in July! Everyone have a safe trip and GOOD LUCK!!!

I’m psyched! We’re expecting approximately 30 competitors across all three venues. It might not seem like it based on the activity on this thread, but that’s simply because most of the competitors aren’t active on the GripBoard.
