Martin Gaisser Posted February 11, 2018 Share Posted February 11, 2018 I would think the cheapest option would be to buy some flat bar stock and cut them to similar lengths as what your training for. I’m not a braced bender but that should give you a start. As far as dimensions on what size bar I really don’t know maybe you can get some scrap pieces at a metal fab shop to see what you need to train with. Another option and even cheaper would be doing isometrics with bars bent at various degrees. I think that’s one of Dennis Rogers favorites too. Best of luck.
