wanted to share a unique but beneficial row variation that has helped my finger strength along with mid-back

Just did them for the first time a couple weeks back. Cool exercise. My lats were nice and sore.

Your back will be a runway for small aircraft pretty soon💪 Great exercise and additionally helpful for low back individuals. My son gets a “kick” when he sees my legs flip up:)
