I still need to put a lot more effort into my 2hand pinch technique, but my PR is 221. You can check out the lift on the Barrel Strength leaderboards! Climber028
The "other pinch blocks" you've been focusing on, are they thinner or thicker than the flask, and do you think that matters?

I was hitting up the blockbuster because I feel like my wide pinch needs more work. Id love to become better at blobs, its just hard with my smaller hands. I love the gold bar because of how securely it connects into the loading pin and how both sides are angled, it forces you to apply tremendous wrist/flat finger pressure. So sets of holds with that thing are brutal. Easily my 2nd favorite pinch block, behind the flask. I feel like the gold bar training will help more with the flask because my hand can grip it similarly. The blockbuster quite a bit wider and forces me to grab it slightly different. But who knows, I just started doing training with the blockbuster, maybe ill see gains on the flask from using it. This year is exciting with the new ways im training. Im curious to see how things will improve. Hit me up with any other questions! Im always down to talk grip. You're welcome Dan, that means a lot to me, especially coming from someone as talented and great for the sport as you are! You should easily surpass everything I've done and far more before long as long as you stay on the same path.
