Gary Gray Posted December 19, 2018 Share Posted December 19, 2018 This is really a great idea. I made one of these after Joseph Sullivan first posted his video. My handle is 5" and the extension pipe is 12" (but you may want to experiment with different lengths for the extension pipe). I just put the weight on the end of my extension pipe - does not have a "T" on the end like in the video. The point is that when your wrist is straight up (vertical) the 45* angle is still creating tension on your wrist and trying to rotate your wrist down.
