corefire
26th British Grip Champs two weeks ago i broke my scaphoid bone in the right hand, so i had much rest time and to remove the cast before the comp. the tournament was less painfull than expected. 1. Meathook Deadlift 267.25k PB and National Record 2. Loose Plate Pinch two 20k i never bevore was able to lift that much, so i am very happy with this 16sec. hold 3. Half a Penny Hold best in training was 13sec. so very happy with this 15sec. hold at 16k for new PB and National Record 4. Pickaxe lever to rear because of the broken bone i was force to lift with my weak wrist left hand. but no problem. new PB and National Record 8.12k 5. Snapping a 166k Grade 5 Bolt. very very hard and long with 9:05min for me so i finished 1st in the open class and won my 36th national championship, first time a british one. also i place 2nd overall very happy day
