(first time i do something like that) placed happy 4th in the +105kg weightclass and 7th overall. damaged finger was no big problem. next day was record breakers #4. now my strong right hand was useless, so i bombed out at the Handshake Hold 82.5kg with two trys with only 4sec. on the horne top i sucked with 65kg for only 5sec. finaly i lifted the 225kg duckwalkblock from eddie hall with two hands for fun. next visit i have to try one hand! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

German Bicepscurl and East German Grip Chamionships. Because of a missing lazy loader i had much to do Bicepscurl for Weight Placed 5th in the Open and 1st in the Master with 106.5kg PB Bicepscurls for Reps with 60kg 2" Thickbar in 1 Minute placed 1st with 34 reps then was grip stuff and i was sooo weak. but lucky 1st Place Ironmind Silverbullet CoC#3 9.1sec Ironmind Hub 22.5kg Ironmind Rolling Thunder 80kg Ironmind Blockbuster 28.25kg PB 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think Fottingers secret was to cut the lift in four phases with 3 wooden blocks and one weight.
