I hope I can go I Jedds bro. I tweaked my back fierce cleaning the 2 3/8  axle with 220 and not enough warm up. Has not been the same the past 2 weeks. Have done basically nothing heavy since. The napalms nightmare made it spasm and even more. I hope it eases up here soon!

Me too my man. It’s messing with my mind so bad. It’s so hard to stay away from the lifting. It feels like hard clay that just won’t let up.

Hahaha I had the surgery 10 years ago. It’s just a muscle tweak. It was from deadlifting 700 pounds for so many years. Grip is a good thing for me with not too much stress on the back like powerlifting did with max loads.
